Problem: increase conversion rate and optimize for customer happiness, improve landing page and help (persuade) men dress better with personal shopping assistant as a service.
Solution: improve landing page logic and reassure customers, make sure outfitters are real people and customer can see them online and will know what to expect.
Result: improved visual communication, new design for the landing page. Introduced extra channels for communication, figured out extra elements that after they were made clickable delivered an increase.
